Privacy Policy

Clear2Wealth™ ("the service") is a personal and business finance management application operated by Blessed & Generous Records Inc. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

When you create an account, we collect basic contact details such as your name and email address. Bank connections are facilitated through Plaid; we do not store raw banking credentials.

Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Financial data you enter or import: accounts, balances, transactions, recurring income and expenses, budgets, debts, credit scores you log manually, and client billing records.

Data received through connected services: if you choose to link a financial institution through Plaid, we receive account names, balances, and transaction records. Bank credentials themselves are handled exclusively by Plaid and are never stored by Clear2Wealth™.

We use your information exclusively to provide the Clear2Wealth™ service, manage your active account, and respond to support inquiries.

To provide the service: calculating balances, budgets, cash flow forecasts, debt payoff schedules and business revenue reports.

To sync and categorize transactions when you connect a bank or import a statement.

To respond to support requests and improve the application.

Your data is stored in an encrypted cloud database. Access is restricted by row-level security so that only you can read or change your own records.

Bank connections use Plaid Link, a secure, credential-isolated flow: you sign in to your bank inside Plaid's interface, and Clear2Wealth™ receives only authorized, tokenized data.

API keys and secrets are stored server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our Information Security Officer at websupport@blessedandgenerousrecords.com, and we will remove it within 30 days.

This data retention and deletion policy is reviewed periodically, at least annually, to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable data privacy laws and business requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers, such as Plaid for financial connections, strictly to facilitate our services.

Our hosting and authentication providers, strictly for operating the service.

You can disconnect a linked bank at any time from the Accounts page, edit or delete any record you have entered, and request an export of your data.
