Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Clear2Wealth™ ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Clear2Wealth™ is a financial record-keeping and planning tool for personal and business use. It tracks information you enter or authorize from connected financial institutions, and calculates totals, budgets, forecasts and payoff schedules from that data.

Clear2Wealth™ is not a bank, broker, lender, tax adviser or investment adviser. Nothing in the service is financial, legal or tax advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and import, and for reviewing transactions pulled from connected institutions.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with data you have the right to provide.

Balances, budgets, forecasts and debt payoff projections are computed from the data available to the service. They are estimates and may differ from statements issued by your bank or creditors. Always confirm critical figures against official sources before acting on them.

Bank linking is provided through Plaid. By connecting an institution you also accept Plaid's end-user terms. You can disconnect an institution at any time; disconnecting stops future syncing but does not delete records already saved in Clear2Wealth™ unless you delete them yourself.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features; material changes to these terms will be communicated before they take effect.

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or jeopardize the service's security.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for financial losses resulting from reliance on the service's calculations, projections or imported data.
